There are many drill variations that you can perform with stretch cords to help you improve your freestyle swimming technique.

I typically start my athletes with this one, because it isolates and replicates the unnatural movement required for the vital “high elbow set”.

Do this consistently and frequently, and you’ll soon start to notice improved mechanics when you’re in the water.
