Hey athletes, here's a tip!

Make a light double chin and lengthen your neck extensors. This will keep your spine in line and directly impacts spinal stability. A hyperextended neck is common both seated and standing. I realize you need to look up but get it back down!

Hey Athletes, here 4 of my top running tips: 1. E Hey Athletes, here 4 of my top running tips:

1. Eyes are always high. Look at the top of the hill or beyond when running up a gradient. This will maximize gluteal output and not overload the quads.

2. Use your calves with a slight contraction on lift off. Feel them engage.

3. Shorten your arm action by reducing the angle at your elbow to 45 degrees BUT keep the swing back the same at 45 degrees. So the arms stay closer to the chest with less bend but swing them back like you’re running fast.

4.Keep your head in a neutral position. Focus on a point that is slightly higher than your height. Lightly draw in your chin like you're making a soft double chin.
