Strength Training programs include 8-15 different exercises that Dave has combined for its overall effectiveness in providing strength, flexibility, joint mobility & balance to your triathlon training. There are written and video descriptions of each exercise.
Triathlon training involves more than just time spent on the swim, bike & run. Whether you’re new to the sport or have been in it for a while, incorporating strength & flexibility exercises each week will keep you injury-free throughout the racing season. Dave personally designed each series of exercises using minimal equipment, so that you can do the routines anywhere. He’s also incorporated a seasonal strategy, so there are E-Programs for pre-season, racing season, and off-season fitness.
