I get a whole host of comments about shifting my diet and eating more healthy vegetables and fruits. I’m all aboard with moderation! The problem with excessive fruits is the level of sugar/carbs and the selection of more “root” vegetables. I’m going to share my top ten in each category and post my bottom ten at a later date. First and foremost, the vegetables are lower in carbs and gravitate to these at a 3- 1 ratio with the fruit portions.

Vegetables:
