What are "ePrograms" and how do they work?
E-Programs include 8-12 different exercises that Dave has combined for its overall effectiveness in providing strength, flexibility & balance to your triathlon training. It’s much like attending a class on Abs, but this time Dave is your instructor and there are written descriptions of each exercise, accompanied by an audiovisual with easy demonstrations and explanations in how to complete each exercise.
Triathlon training involves more than just time spent on the swim, bike & run. Whether you’re new to the sport or have been in it for a while, incorporating strength & flexibility exercises each week will keep you injury-free throughout the racing season and helps deliver the stamina and agility you’ll need to bank all of those training hours. Dave personally designed each series of exercises using minimal equipment, so that you can do the routines anywhere. He’s also incorporated a seasonal strategy, so there are E-Programs for pre-season, racing season, and off-season fitness. Don’t let a pulled hamstring 2 weeks before your race ever occur again!
In some cases, Dave has designed a series of exercises, such as Intro Tuner I and II or Power Legs I and II - we recommend that you start with the first in the series; otherwise, you can mix and match your selections to meet your seasonal needs or to focus on specific strength & flexibility training that you desire.
